A founding anchor with Al Jazeera, Jane was integral to the channel launch in Qatar in 2005. She returned to her native South Africa in 2018, when she joined eNCA presenting her show Tonight with Jane Dutton at 8pm.
Prior to that, she cut her teeth in the International news powerhouse channels: CNN, BBC and CNBC. With her first foray into international news being as the youngest bureau chief the SABC has ever had.
Since her return to South Africa with her family, Jane has fulfilled several roles at Primedia, and is currently hosting a news segment called The Day that Was, is a popular voice on 702 radio and is in huge demand as a panel host.
Jane has a stellar reputation as a trusted media trainer for both corporate leaders and politicians. She’s also in demand as a voice over artist.
